Maddox wing (A hand-held, non-powered ophthalmic device intended to evaluate heterophoria/heterotropia, also known as strabismus or squint [i.e., a condition in which the eyes are pointing in slightly different directions (e.g., esophoria, exophoria, hyperphoria and/or cyclophoria)].
